Shipping Policy

Butler Hemp Co ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of purchase. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives between 1-3 days after shipment. 

If you have not received your order after one week from purchase, or you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@butlerhemp.co. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to request a refund/replacement.

Unanticipated Events

You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, natural disasters, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
